May 2026 brings a new event to the Columbus area that combines both a trade show and a golf outing.

Gary Wyckoff has announced that the 2026 Champions Golf Collectibles Show will be at the Champions Golf Course in Westerville, Ohio, near Columbus. The show is scheduled for 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday, May 2. There will be free admission for the public and free appraisals of golf items. Tables can be arranged for $30 each.

On the day prior, there is a golf outing planned for 1 p.m. at the Champions Golf Course, sponsored by the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department. Play will be with wooden shafted clubs. The public is welcome to join in or just come out and watch. Many players will be dressed in period attire. There will be multiple formats – scramble, scratch, net… and just for fun. The $70 fee will include a cart and sleeve of low compression golf balls. Clubs will be available for rental.
